How to connect your phone to your Android Smart TV.
1. Connect Your phone's hotspot to your Android Smart TV's WiFi and turn on Data.
2. Go to apps section on the TV and locate Google Play store and install 'web video caster receiver'
4. Remember that this doesn't need internet connection to work. You only need internet to install the apps on your Android Smart TV and Android Phone.
5. Make sure that the Android Smart TV is connected to the TV's WiFi.
6. Open the app on your phone and open it up on the Smart TV. If you did everything correctly, you will be given a code to use in connecting them.
